Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of your Martabak, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

We review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
